OCPP stands for Open Charge Point Protocol, which is an open communication protocol used by electric vehicle feeders or charging stations to communicate with backend management systems or charging networks. OCPP enables seamless interoperability between different charging station manufacturers and software suppliers, so the building company is not tied to only one device manufacturer or service provider.

Load management refers to a system that limits the power taken by the charging points and adjusts car charging to a lower level, thus ensuring that the system's capacity is not exceeded.

Dynamic load management means that the stations connected to the system automatically adjust the charging power according to the amount of electricity available in the property.
