Terms of use of the application

1. Application provider

The Woltti application is maintained and made available by Wolttinen Oy (business ID 2655749-9, address Lemuntie 7 A, 00510 Helsinki).

2. Contract terms and creation of the contract

By using the Woltti application, you accept the terms of use valid at any given time and agree to comply with them in the application. Wolttinen Oy may make changes to the terms of use from time to time. If you do not accept the terms of use, you should stop using the application.

3. Data protection

If you install and use the Woltti app, we collect the information you provide in the app. All new users of the application log in with Woltti credentials. You can find the terms of use for the Woltti ID here, as well as the privacy statement. When processing data, Wolttinen Oy complies with the current legislation on personal data and its processing, as well as other regulations in force in Finnish and European Union legislation on individual data protection.

4. Location information

The user's location information is used in the Woltti application to display the services of service providers near the user. It is possible for the user to turn location information on and off in the application/device settings.

5. Application availability and costs

The Woltti app may be down from time to time. Temporary errors, maintenance actions may temporarily affect the functionality of the application, which we cannot control. Wolttinen Oy does not grant any guarantees regarding the quality, availability, functionality or performance of the content & services of the Woltti application. Wolttinen Oy reserves the right to change and remove your use of the application and your access to the Woltti application at any time without notice. The user is responsible for any fees related to the use of the Woltti application.

6. Responsibility for the content of the Application

Wolttinen Oy provides the application and its content as is. Wolttinen Oy is responsible for the compliance of the application's editorial content and other content prepared by Wolttinen Oy, compliance with good practice, and related copyrights & intellectual property rights. Each user is obliged to use the application in accordance with the terms of use.

7. Application content and rights

The application, application content, software and intellectual property rights belong to Wolttinen Oy. The content of the application is protected by copyright, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights. If Wolttinen Oy does not specify otherwise, you may install the Woltti application only for personal use, thus no other rights related to the application or its content are transferred to you. Copying, modifying, publishing, selling, licensing the application is prohibited. The Woltti application must be used in accordance with the terms of use of the application store from which the application was purchased.

Wolttinen Oy has not approved or checked the third-party sites linked to the application, nor are we responsible for their content.

9. Information security

The user is responsible for properly managing the data security of his own information system. The user undertakes to notify Wolttinen Oy if he or she suspects or detects misuse of the username.

10. liability for damages

You are responsible for compensating Wolttinen Oy for damages caused by these terms of use or illegal use.

11. Termination

The user can terminate the terms of use of the application by deleting the Woltti application.
