There is no right of return for RFID cards. The product is a service and includes user creation and card configuration for the online service.
You must load balance onto the card separately in the Woltti service or purchase it separately from an online store.
If the card is for a housing association, for example, please state the name of the housing association in the order and if you have your own charging station, its number (A*****).
