Return policy

We hope that you are satisfied with the product you ordered and that we will have you as our customer in the future.

If you want to exchange or return the product you ordered, you have a full 14-day return right. Please note that the product to be exchanged or returned must be in its original condition and preferably packed in its original packaging. The products must be returned unused and all product labels must be kept and attached to the product.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Fill out the return form that came with the order and pack the products
Pack the returned products and the completed return form that came with the order in a transport-resistant package.

Deliver the package

You can return your order free of charge with the post's customer return.

Returning with the Easy code:

Order a return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti by entering the shipping code (code beginning with JJFI). Return the package to any Posti machine or to the post office according to the instructions you received.

Returning without a Helposti code

You can return the shipment through the postal service point. Attach the Customer Return address card you received from us to the shipment and take the shipment to the post office.

EXCHANGE

The exchange takes place by returning the product to be exchanged and making a new separate purchase of the replacement product through the online store at autonlataus.com .

GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT RETURNS

Returns are free. You will receive a full refund for the products you return, but we will not refund the postage costs. If, after the return, a discount you received is no longer fulfilled, e.g. a limited discount or postage discount, this will be taken into account in the amount to be refunded.

You have a full 14-day exchange and return right from the day you have picked up the order

The condition of the return is that the goods to be returned are in salable condition.

Once we have received and processed the returned products, we will issue a refund. Mail delivery is sometimes quite slow, especially for return packages, you should wait a leisurely 10-14 days. We handle the return as soon as the product has been returned.

You will receive a confirmation of the refund to your email. The refund will either be returned to the same payment method when the charge was made.
